The tournament is open for all players.
4. System and Rate of Play
FIDE rules, Swiss system in 9 rounds. 90
min for 40 moves, then 30 min for all moves,
increment 30 sec. Will be used Varlam Vepkhishvili’s Swiss Pairing program
"VARLAM”.
5. Qualification
FIDE Rated event with the International
Titles’ Norms.
