SYSTEM AND RATE OF PLAY
FIDE Rules, Swiss in 9 rounds. 90 min for 40 moves, then 30 min for all moves,
increment 30 sec.
Will be used Varlam Vepkvishvili’s Swiss Pairing Program "VARLAM”.
TIE-BREAK:
- Progress,
- The sum of opponents’ ratings, without lowest rating. In unplayed games and
unrated opponents’ cases the rating will be considered conditionally as 1200.
QUALIFICATION
Rated event for July 2010 FIDE Rating List with any title norms.

The Prizes will not be shared. Each winner will get only her maximal one prize
according to final rank, after using tie-break systems, by the following
priority:
a) Seniors
b) unrated and under 2000
c) Rating 2000-2299
d) General prize
All prizes are chargeable according
to actual financial regulation in Georgia.
